Conference Facilities

Room hire charges are as follows:

 

 

Victoriana Room seating up to 60 persons;

(A cosy room with beamed ceiling and small adjoining lounge area)

1/2 day hire £75.00
Full day hire £100.00

 

Large Conservatory seating up to 110 persons;

(A tranquil setting, overlooking the gardens. Very good lighting.)

 

1/2 day hire £100.00
Full day hire £125.00

 

¯   Wireless broadband internet connection available within Hotel.

¯   Both conference rooms are fully air conditioned.

¯   Available from 9.00am until 5.00pm, (unless otherwise arranged.)

¯   A flip chart and/or an overhead projector are available on request, standard rate £10.00

¯   Tables and chairs can be set out as requested with jugs of fresh fruit juice and water.  

 

At an additional price we offer a range of menus to suit the day’s events;

 

 

English Breakfast with tea/Coffee, Fruit Juice, cereals, toast.                   £9.50 per head

(Available until 10.30am)  

Morning Tea - Croissants, Danish Pastry, Tea/Coffee                                £7.50per head
