We have 17 ground floor, non smoking rooms in total, each with its own en-suite facilities. In the main hotel there are 13 spacious and well equipped rooms including a Luxury Four Poster room and two family suites which consist of two adjoining rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. Most rooms are big enough to fit an extra bed. We have a further 4 en-suite rooms in our ‘Cottage' building which is a short distance from reception. Originally an old coach house this building can also be used as a self catering cottage for up to 10 people.

Picturesque Setting

Nestled in the village of Crostwick just four miles north of Norwich, The Old Rectory is surrounded by common and farm land and is set within 3.5 acres of beautiful gardens. Our setting makes the perfect location for a short break or relaxing holiday. With a direct route to Norwich city centre and the famous Norfolk broads just 2 miles away, guests are ideally situated to enjoy the best that Norfolk has to offer.

Hotel Facilities

Car park: We have ample, FREE parking with 24hr CCTV.

Swimming Pool: The outdoor, heated swimming pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Its sheltered position makes it an excellent sun trap in the summer months.

Restaurant: Breakfasts and Evening meals are served in one of two fully air conditioned restaurants offering excellent home cooked food. Lunches and packed lunches are available on request.  

Gardens and patio seating: We have 3.5 acres of beautiful landscaped garden for our guests to enjoy, with extensive patio seating area.

Licensed Bar: Our restaurant licensed bar is open for hotel guests

Lounge: We have a comfortable lounge seating area with TV and ches lounge and open fire in the winter months.

Laundry room: Ironing board and iron, washing machine, Shoe cleaning.

WIFI: Wireless broadband Internet connection is available in hotel rooms, lounge and both restaurants (not available in cottage accommodation)

Wheel chair access and disabled facilities: Whilst we are not currently graded we are entirely ground floor and offer very good wheelchair access. With graded ramps into the garden and patio seating/pool area. Our disabled accommodation offers wider door access both into the bedroom and bathroom. With grab rails in the ensuite and lowered light switches throughout. It is also possible to book the adjacent room as an interconnecting suite.
