Take the B1150 North Walsham road out of Norwich off the outer ring road and stay on this road for 3.5 miles. The Old Rectory Hotel entrance can be found on the left hand side just before the small turning to Bay Willow Lane.

The hotel is situated 4 miles north of Norwich, 15 minutes from Norwich Airport and within, 25 minutes of Norfolk Coastline, 5 minutes from the famous Norfolk Broads

Due to the usual SAT NAV inaccuracies many of our customers have been sent down Common Loke, (situated in a lay-by off North Walsham Road just south of The Old Rectory.) Please note you do not need to turn off the North Walsham Rd. If you find yourself in Common Loke please turn right out of the lay-by on to North Walsham Road, we are 100m down the road on the left.
