 What Information is Collected

The Old Rectory Hotel processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to help us provide you with our products and services. The data that we may collect: name, date of birth, addresses, email business/personal, telephone business/personal, National insurance number, passport number, Driving license, card details data about how you used our website. We will only collect or process personal information relevant, to comply with statuary obligations, contractual obligations, legal obligations and provide information relating to our services and products. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any other way, other than as specified in this notice.

Service providers acting as processors based in the UK who provide IT and system administration services.

Booking software providers who collect and store necessary personal information in order to process online and direct accommodation and function bookings. Our website is hosted by a third party provider Eviivo. This data may be transferred to Eviivo Limited (Registered Office 154 Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JE Company Number: 5002392) including where necessary its subsidiaries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and in accordance with the GDPR legislation 2018.
