Whether you're planning a birthday party or wedding anniversary the Old Rectory is the perfect venue for any special occasion. We have two rooms available for private dining and are able to accommodate parties of 20 - 150. We offer menus to suit all kinds of events from a 3 course Sit Down to a Hog Roast in the garden.

Conservatory Restaurant

Max seated 110 / 150 informal. This magnificent room is available for private hire and is perfect for parties any time of year. It has a light and airy feel and offer views of the gardens. The room includes; fully licensed adjoining bar, round tables, chairs and linen, candle stand table decorations, central dance floor, easy access to outdoor patio seating, built in lights and sound system. 

Victoriana Suite

This room can accommodate up to 50 . It has a low beamed ceiling and is suitable for smaller parties. It offers a more intimate atmosphere, great for family gatherings. The room includes; small adjoining lounge area, tables, chairs, table linen, bar is accessible through reception.

Sit down Functions - 3 Course Menu from £28.50 per person

Our Function Menus offer a fantastic range of home cooked dishes and includes the following at no additional cost: private room, tea and coffee after meal, table linen with coordinating napkins, cake stand and knife, table service.

Finger Buffets

This menu is perfect for informal parties, with or without entertainment. Menus include both hot and cold dishes. (Room hire applies)

Summer BBQs and Hog Roasts

The Conservatory is the ideal setting for a summer party as it opens out on the patio and is surrounded by The Old Rectory's picturesque gardens. Our newly installed patio canopies provide the perfect seating area for outdoor dining. ( in the event of rain, food will be served from the restaurant)

Funeral Wakes from £14.50 per person

Both our function rooms are suitable for an after funeral gathering. We can accommodate parties of any size from 20 - 150 guests. (no room hire).

Entertainment

We are fully licensed for live entertainment which guests are free to organize themselves. If a Disco is requires our resident DJ is available at an additional cost.

Chair Covers - For that extra special touch our elegant white chair covers and co-ordinating coloured sashes are available to hire.
